Schererville Indiana Events

Spring is here, and now is the perfect time to explore with Humane Indiana animal shelters. The Animal Rescue Squad Team invites you to a special event at the Scherville Shelter on Saturday, April 8, to raise money for homeless and abused animals.

The dinner program will celebrate Humane Indiana's superheroes, including Humane Leader and Humane Business of the Year. There will be live bird demonstrations presented by Indiana Humane Wildlife at the event, as well as live music, food trucks and more.

Join conservationists and bird lovers to learn more about birds that will move through the area. During the program you will learn more about the hawks that are found in Indiana every year, where to look for them and how to protect yourself from these incredible predators. If something happens near you that people in your neighborhood need to know, why not file it today?
